Shipping
As of right now, we are offering domestic (United States) shipping only. Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and size of the product purchased.
When will my order be shipped?
Your items will be sent within 3 business days, unless notified otherwise.
When will my order arrive?
The estimated delivery date depends on the service you choose for shipping at checkout: either economy or standard shipping. Either way, you will receive a notification with a tracking number in your email once your order is sent. Your order can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days once the tracking number is active.
Why is the shipping so expensive?
In short, pottery can be heavy! In order for each item to arrive in one piece, I must pack the item with much care and cushion. Because I’m a small business, I am not able to compete with massive companies to offer free shipping on every item. With that being said, I will occasionally offer free shipping to returning customers, or for promotions.
Can I return or exchange my mug?
Please make sure to read all the descriptions and details before purchasing any of the items. Unfortunately, I do not accept returns/ exchanges unless the item was damaged in transit. However; if you had any problems with the items malfunctioning in any way, please contact me through my email marysmugsandmorellc@gmail.com and I will review the situation and proceed accordingly.
How can I return a damaged item?
Email marysmugsandmorellc@gmail.com with photo evidence no more than 5 days after receiving the damaged item, and I will do my best to remedy the situation. Please note that the customer will not have to pay for any additional shipping costs in the case of a damaged item.
